ATTEMPTUOUS GRIND

ATTEMPTUOUS GRIND is a concoction - "Attemptuous" and "Grind"... refer both to the grinding motion of the carousel and the cycling of young girls towards maturity, and my aggressive hope (attemptuous - contemptuous - tempestuous) for more women's participation in government. ATTEMPTUOUS GRIND includes conversations between women at the time of Afghanistan's liberation from the murderous and sexist Taliban regime. Barbara Bush briefly surfaced to vocalize a commitment to the liberation of Afghani women, for their return to education, to the tightening of security for their day-to-day welfare, and in support of Afghani women's participation in a new government.
